Information on ticket sales for the 66 Seminci

TICKET SALES

Ticket sales for the 66th edition of the Valladolid International Film Festival (SEMINCI) will commence on October 18th at 10:00 am and will be conducted exclusively online.

The festival will continue to be face-to-face in all programme sections while maintaining all required protective measures so that audiences and attendees can safely enjoy the event. Every second seat will be left unoccupied between unaccompanied viewers, while in the case of family members or friends, these will be allowed to watch the screening together in adjacent seats (two, three or four maximum).

EARLY SALE

Ticket sales will commence on Monday, October 18 and, as happened during last year’s edition, no season tickets will be offered for sale and there will be no box office sales. The tickets sales procedure will be staggered and conducted on the web: https://entradas.seminci.es on the following dates:

  • Monday, October 18th at 10:00 am: tickets will go on sale for screenings scheduled for the 23rd, 24th and 25th.
  • Tuesday, October 19th at 10:00 am: tickets will go on sale for screenings scheduled for the 26th, 27th, 28th and all other previous days.
  • Wednesday, October 20th at 10:00 am: tickets will go on sale for screenings scheduled for the 29th, 30th and all other previous days.

GALAS

During this year’s edition of the festival, tickets for the opening and closing galas will be offered for sale. A maximum of 2 tickets can be purchased per session.

  • Opening gala – Thursday, October 21st from 2.30 p.m.
  • Closing – Thursday, October 28th from 2.30 p.m.

CONDITIONS

  • A maximum of 4 tickets per person and session, and a maximum of 16 tickets per single purchase is permitted.
  • For each purchase the name and telephone number of each viewer will be required so as to ensure traceability.
  • All seats are numbered.
  • There will be no lockers in the screening venues.
  • Buyers will receive their tickets by email, and these may be printed or shown from a mobile device so as to access the screening venues.
  • Ticket prices range between €3 and €6.

  • DE QUIJOTES Y SEMILLAS
    Documentary feature De Quijotes y semillas (Cinema and Climate Change) + Concert by El Alquimista Loco

    Sala Fundos (Fuente Dorada) / Thursday, October 28th
The concerts by Inner Light and El Alquimista Loco will be free of charge until seating capacity is reached. In any case, invitations must be downloaded prior to the events from https://entradas.seminci.es

ONLINE

Additionally, online content will be available through the FILMIN platform, including titles from the several sections, and the entire retrospective dedicated to Argentina, the guest country at the 66th edition of Seminci.

 COVID 19 MEASURES

All Festival events and screenings will take place under strict protection and hygiene measures:

  • The use of face masks will be mandatory in all venues at all times.
  • Interpersonal distance must be respected in the access lines to the screening theatres and toilets.
  • Upon entering the venues, hydroalcoholic gel will be provided for hand sanitation.
  • In order to ensure safe interpersonal distance during film screenings, only the numbered seat shown in the ticket may be occupied.
  • Access to the theatres will not be allowed once the session has commenced.
  • Indications by the Festival staff and signage will be followed at all times.
  • The consumption of food or drinks inside the theatre is prohibited.
  • Use your assigned seat, occupy it as soon as possible and avoid leaving it unnecessarily.
  • It is not allowed to stay in aisles and foyers.
  • Toilet facilities will be open at reduced capacity.
  • Once the screening is over, exiting will be staggered and interpersonal safety distance will be respected.
  • After leaving the screening theatre, and in order to prevent the formation of crowds, do not stand near the exit doors .
