Paul, a failed journalist, and Nana have been going together for several years. They have a little boy they have placed with someone because they are too broke to take care of him. Nana still loves Paul, but would like to change her life and, most of all, settle her financial problems. One night, she goes to a hotel with a stranger she met on the Champs-Elysées…
