The memory of Luis Cernuda illuminated by the flashes of a silent film, enlivened by a jazz orchestra. An introspective journey into the lived past as time turns back toward the long-gone days of hope, before the imposition of the military dictatorship in Spain forced him into exile. The timeless memories return, snatched away from yesteryear, orderless, unbound, swayed by the impulse of felt emotions. «I have not always been wise enough, or able to keep the distance between the man who suffers and the poet who creates».
