1990. War breaks out in the Georgian region of Abkhazia, which is struggling for Independence. Ivo, a man of Estonian origin, resolves to stay in Georgia, unlike the rest of his countrymen, in order to help his friend Margus during the tangerine harvest season. The independence dispute is just beginning when, one morning, Ivo sees two wounded soldiers from opposite sides outside his home. He and Margus decide to take them in and nurse them until they are fully recovered.
